Very lovely staff - but dirty everywhere

The staff was very very friendly. The location near the marina with restaurants and shops was perfect. 3 minute walk away.

Not clean at all. Dirty floor in the room. Actual mud. Also in hallway. Dirty towels, dirty sun beds around the swimming pool.

Friendly lovely staff - but dirty everywhere

The staff was very very friendly and helpful. We only stayed 1 night before going scuba diving in the Red Sea. 3 minute walk from the nice marina with restaurants and shops. 3 min walk from main street with all you need. Swimming pool very nice!

It was dirty everywhere. The chairs around the pool had dirt and mud on them. They only sprayed water on them to clean, did not brush them. The floor in room was dirty. Actually muddy. After coming out from shower there was dirty foot prints. In the hallway you could see muddy prints all over. Such a nice location, such nice staff, they have great potential to be so good. Such a pity they don’t clean properly. So easy to fix. Towels have brown stains on them. Sheets in bed had stains on them. Cheap hotel yes. But things should still be clean.

The staff was helpful , we took a family room with a pool view but it was so narrow but it's OK. Location so good near to shops area and the new marina. Thanks for Mr.Abdelal the manager was helpful,restaurant staff, chef Ahmed ,and all stuff thanks a lot to make our stay comfortable.

Elevator is not working Kind of change with food and prices in the restaurant was so expensive with not so good quality. Try to change somehow with the breakfast Content,and quality of food.

Pleasant stay in a quiet hotel

I arrived to Hurghada late and arrived to the hotel at 2 a.m. The late check-in was no problem. The staff were very kind and they upgraded my room to bigger one without surcharge. The place was clean. The hotel has a great location next to the marina. It is away from the main road, so it is very calm. The breakfast is very basic, so if you are looking for a hotel with a variety of options this is not the place. To arrange for late check-out was no problem. I would recommend this hotel to travelers, that look for a quiet place near the marina and don't need it to be luxorious.

I’ve used this hotel before on occasion and will again.

The location is perfect, nearby beach, marina with lots of great restaurants and a stone’s throw from the Main Street . Facilities at hotel are good-beautiful pool area. Pool table if you’re interested. Breakfast could be better.

Abdo is Wonderful and kind

Abdo was absolutely wonderful. He went out of his way to make our stay wonderful. He gave us an upgrade and helped us our with all of our questions.

Sadly there was nothing I liked. Your question of the bed amused me considering I was bitten whilst sleeping on it.

I disliked everything and have sent you an email of my complaint. I would like a refund of the cost.

Take care of this hotel !

Nice location, near Marina.

At the check in, they refused to stuck to the room rate that we booked the room according to !! they asked for more money, and told us that the room rate published on Booking.com in local currency (EGP) is only a "guiding" rate and not real so we have to pay in USD or to exchange money for higher rate than the official bank rate !! (We were booking 2 rooms for 604 EGP and they asked for 640 EGP)

The most I interesting thig only that I was at Hurghada .

The Coca cola that was in room expired , when I have mentioned this to Receptionist they didn't sorry and was excusing that you may get one like this from supermarket really very bad experience

Good for the Price, but the staff useless. If you are single then great but if you have a family No!

I liked the Price and Location was Fantastic Next to Marina less than 5 mins Walk. I would recommend single and group of friends to that place, but If you family i won't.

I waited 1 hour and quarter to check-in because the manager said they did not clean the room yet! even though I came around 4 pm and check-in Time was 1PM i had to be rude and Loud in order to have the room and my friend they gave him the room on 7 pm.

It's a family running business, very quite and cosy.

It's a family running business, very quite and cosy. The food is good quality and different every day but it's not a buffet . the location is amazing it's next to the marina where there is alot of shops and cafes

Internet is quite slow and the property doesnt have a private beach so you you have to walk about 5 min to the nearest beach and pay entry fees

Never, ever, again!

Reception staff and cleaners helpful and friendly but prevented from solving problems by general manager and food ok but limited selection.

Most things poor. Poor maintenance. Dirty pool not cleaned regularly full of algae. Air conditioning in my room leaked all over floor for three days. Leaking water in corridor. Room not ready on arrival. Had to request towels and toilet paper on arrival. Hot water in bathroom stopped working after two days. General Manager who styles himself Vice President hides from guests and complaints. Mosquitoes a problem in lobby and bar area. Flies a nuisance from uncleared rubbish behind hotel. Bathroom needs a good clean. Shower curtain filthy. Pool umbrellas all broken, only half of sun beds have mattress. No tea or coffee at dinner.

Excellent location, but I will not stay again after having trouble with the payment on both my stays

I've stayed in this hotel twice. The location is excellent and the reception staff is helpful. The breakfast is ok. The rooms have cracks, but are clean and the AC works well as do the mini bar. Comfy beds. The pool area looks good. The hotel is open for dinner and the food is worth the money. Generally, the staff in the restaurant is nice. The wifi is good and reaches some of the rooms. The hotel has a bar that serves beer.

Both times I have experienced trouble when checking in. First time we landed very early in the morning and was woken up only a couple of hours later because they wanted us to pay. We were staying 9 nights, so why the rush? There was a difference in price due to the currencies which made it more expensive than the rate I got from Booking. The reception could not charge our credit cards in Euros, as a matter of fact they wanted cash. So we had to go out and find a cash machine after an overnight flight. After this, the stay was good. My second stay was only one night. The night porter charged us a different price compared to booking. When the head receptionist turned up the following morning she gave us a refund, but again due to the differences in currencies we payed more than our Booking-price. The hotel should be more clear about payment.

No free beach access, Papas beach is not good at all.

No free beach access, Papas beach is not good at all. Breakfast was very poor and they don't refill anything. The Hotel manager is a lair and he forced me to stay for 2 nights untill i made a complain to booking to be able to refund my advanced payment for the whole stay period. Don't every go there !!

Food adequate and sufficient especially breakfast, but not a place to stay and spend time there.

Variety of breakfast good, need a bit more variety for the evening meal though. Staff were ok in the evening but were somewhat lacking in the morning when I complained about a lot of noise about 3.30am with a dog barking and a man shouting for a good half hour. That kind of noise is not acceptable at that hour!

Not being able to get a taxi from the hotel, I ask for reception to get me a taxi and he basically said no, go outside and get one. The hotel is off the main drag and at least a ten minutes walk from the main street, luckily there were a number of taxi at the top of the road I could get, but having to pull a large suitcase etc it’s not fun first thing in the morning!
